The Dual Water Inlet Valve Kit is an OEM part for GE refrigerators. It controls the flow of water to both the ice maker and the water dispenser. This dual-function valve ensures that your refrigerator can produce ice and dispense water efficiently. The valve operates by opening and closing in response to signals from the refrigerator, allowing water to flow into the ice maker or water dispenser when needed. 

The dual water inlet valve may wear out over time, especially in hard water areas, leading to issues like no ice production, malfunctioning water dispenser, or leaks.

Symptoms of a bad Dual Water Inlet Valve Kit include:

• No water being dispensed
• The ice maker not producing any ice
• A slow or irregular flow of water from the dispenser
• Water leaking from the valve

The Refrigerator Union Connector is an OEM replacement part for GE refrigerators. It is responsible for connecting the water supply lines from the kitchen plumbing to the refrigerator, allowing water to flow to the ice maker and water dispenser. The plastic connector assists your water dispenser by joining two 5/16 inch x 5/16 inch plastic water lines. Over time, Union Connectors can crack or break under pressure. 

Causes of a bad Union Connector include wear and tear from repeated use, exposure to extreme fluctuations or surges in water pressure, or damage from accidental mishandling.

Symptoms of a bad Refrigerator Union Connector include:

• Water leaks at or near the connector area 
• Inconsistent or no water flow to the ice maker/dispenser
• Fluctuations in water pressure to the fridge
• Water damage to surrounding kitchen areas from leaks

This GE replacement part is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and some Kenmore models.

This vent top gasket seals the front edge of the range vent to help contain heat, steam and cooking vapors and maintain a snug fit between the vent assembly and the cooktop. It replaces a torn, flattened or missing gasket to restore the vent seal. What it does:

• Seals the front vent seam to reduce heat and steam escape from the cooktop area
• Helps prevent grease, crumbs and debris from entering the vent cavity

• Disconnect power (and gas if applicable) to the appliance before starting work

• Disconnect power and follow all safety steps before servicing the appliance
• Insert barrel nut into the hole or bracket opening, align mating screw, and tighten by hand before final trimming with a driver
• Use the correct screw size and thread engagement; avoid overtightening to prevent stripping
• If access is limited, use appropriate drivers or extension tools and support the mating part while fastening
