Jason B Arab , AL September 25, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Electric Range FEF366DCA Oven made a loud pop sound and tripped the breaker the oven controls would not work however the stove top did removed the oven control board and saw that a circuit on the board had burned out Purchased a new over control board and overlay. While he was standing in my kitchen, I noticed he pulled up the AppliancePartsPros.com website to quote me the pricing for the parts. I did not see it necessary to pay him the marked up price. He left the house without repairing the oven I proceeded to order the parts that same evening, replaced the bad parts the same day I received them. I noticed while on your website, you recommended the part to be replaced as well. If I would have came to your website earlier you could of saved me the $75.00 fee from the repair company. That worked but I was not told that I might need the face cover...............I had to take the old one off the non working control module. Not bad but it lost a little paint in the separation.
