Raymond P Magnolia , TX March 14, 2026 Appliance: Frigidaire Refrigerator FPRU19F8QFA Refrigerator was over cooling (freezing) food and not keeping correct temperature Ordered this temperature control board, which was the correct part, but my original part was affixed to a frame with glue and attached to the control display via adhesive (taped to the control display face). Trying to remove the old control board was stretching and tearing the control display face so I was not able to install the replacement. No error on part of the company. The part was shipped the same day I placed the order (@2pm) and it arrived the vert next day. That’s freaking amazing. This is the second part I have ordered, and both were shipped and arrived on or before the estimated date. Awesome customer service. Read More...
