Bruce B Birmingham , AL October 17, 2014 Dryer timer would not turn and knob broke from the strain I ordered the timer and knob on Monday, they arrived around noon on Tuesday, and within an hour I had them installed and back in business. I was amazed how quickly the parts got here. The online video showing the procedure step by step was very helpful. Instead of disconnecting all the wires and having to keep up with which one went where, I moved each wire one by one and made sure I didn't get any of them in the wrong place. The only thing that slowed me down a bit was seeing which side of the timer should be toward the top. I had to hold the old one in place a time or two to make sure I had the new one oriented correctly.
