Took it out, unplugged electrical connection, plugged in new part, installed it, put rear panel back on and plugged it back in. He came to the house, diagnosed the problem and read me the part numbers while I entered them into an email to you. A couple of days later, after I received the parts, I called Brian and he came back, installed the parts and went to his next customer. I fixed the problem easily. I ordered one at about 3 pm on thur and received it at 930 am the next morning. I took about 15 min to install, problem solved.
