Bought a used Frigidaire 36 inch stove. The broiler didn't come on but the burners lit and the stove worked so I made do for about 4 or 5 years with that. Before we replaced the board, my wife tried to replace just the element. We had one we had ordered several years ago when this same thing happened. When that didn't work we replaced the board and could see where the old board was damaged so we figured this was the solution. It took a little longer then I was hoping but wasn’t terrible. If the burner is very old at all make sure to get the new screws. Both of mine snapped when trying to remove them. The new one works great. Read more

I used the new screws; which were about 1/4 inch longer then OEM for better engagement, and with Phillips screw driver attached the handle. Read more

Had to pull double oven and range top out from wall which involved removing the upper kitchen cabinet. Took the sheet metal off the back and had the socket swapped out in a couple of minutes. My old oven works like a charm! Read more
