This base is the lower cabinet support piece that mounts under the appliance to protect the underside and provide a finished appearance. It helps stabilize the refrigerator and keeps dust and debris out of internal components. What it does:

• Supports the lower cabinet and provides a secure mounting surface for internal components
• Covers and protects the appliance underside from dirt, spills, and accidental contact
• Helps reduce drafts entering the cabinet base area
• Maintains a finished look at the front and bottom of the appliance

• Disconnect power (and water if applicable) before beginning any work
• Remove the toe grille or access panel to reach mounting fasteners
