Daren R Garden City , GA January 19, 2015 The front panel was broke due to pulling on it and not sliding the handle the front clamp rusted in two the bottom panel was rusted and the door boot seal looked terrible Watched the video a few times for door boot seal replacement. It was a lot of help! The spring is the hardest to replace and I did enlist the help of my wife. Everything went back on great. If you have to replace the front panel (with the buttons) be mindful that the buttons are spring loaded and will come out. I did not lose any and it went back together just fine. A little touch up paint on the washer and it all looks brand new and works great. And the parts came in quicker than expected! Great folks to work with! Sam M Walland , TN April 16, 2018 Door boot seal was molding and there was a small leak I had ordered the parts after researching the problem on your website and watching the installation videos. Because the washer is 10 years old, and they had to be removed to install the boot seal, I ordered both the clamps, too. Ordering and shipping uneventful, which is what we like! Husband installed the parts in < 2hrs. I helped with the installation of the clamps (he has arthritis in his hands). Once done, I used the Affresh Washer Cleaner x 2. Not certain that it helped much. No leaks and the boot seal was much improved. Wish we'd replaced it long ago (and then we probably wouldn't have developed the leak).
