Replaced these parts

I wasn’t sure where I could get parts for the fridge, Google brought me here. Super easy to look up model #’s and locate parts by type/location with the appliance map. I needed to change the racks and the doorstop. The racks were super simple. I would have succeeded with the doorstop too, but the holes at the bottom are stripped and the doorstop wasn’t secured correctly in the first place. So that’s frustrating, but appliance parts pros were easy to use, parts came quickly and The video from YouTube was very helpful.

Ordered new bushings, door seal and hinges. The repairs were really easy to do.

Because the door was completely off of the refrigerator, we could see that the lower door hinge was the problem. We did an internet search using our refrigerator brand name and model number. We found your wonderful website and drawings for our refrigerator (exciting to find!) . We used the drawings to order the parts we needed direct from your website but hit a snag when your order entry site kept changing our correct billing address to something else (a spell check that shouldn't be there?) and stopped our credit card from processing the payment multiple times. Thankfully you have a real Customer Service Dept and a terrific Representative named Yvonne. Yvonne saved the day! She was able to get our order entered. We received the parts and thanks to the amazing videos in your Shipping Information email, two complete novices were able to repair a refrigerator. It is currently working perfectly. Removed the lower hinge and repaired it, It was bent, allowing the bottom of door to rub on the inside of refrigerator. With the parts purchased along with the repair made to the hinge. The door now works as it should.
