I watched a you tube video that was quite detailed and I was able to install the new parts in a matter of minutes. This was a very simple repair - unplugged the fridge removed 4 screws, disconnect the old User Interface, connect the new User Interface and re-secured screws, and plugged the fridge back up. I found a few videos on YouTube and felt confident in my ability to do the repair myself. I purchased the replacement User Interface which arrived within a few days.
