A broken cam can be bad news. The door can swing open from its own weight. I ordered a door closure kit (cams) plus shims. My fridge needs a stack of shims on the fridge door to align it vertically. The old shims had broken and pieces fell out. The lack of support may have caused the cams to fail since they sit on the shims.
