Beth A Niantic , CT June 18, 2016 We were revamping a 1970's era hotpoint range We needed replacement parts to make the warn out, old drip pans and rings look bright, shining and new again as there is nothing wrong with electric range other than ill fitting drip pans and rings. But not any more, it looks bright and updated!! The representative was very patient and knowledgeable about how to find the serial and model numbers as she helped us get the exact parts we needed. The parts arrived within days of the order and they fit our old stove perfectly! Now the ol'girl looks bright shining new and we got our retro back!! We are so pleased with not only the professional service, but the quality of the products are top notch! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Daniel G Mooresville , IN May 15, 2015 The bottom element of an electric oven shorted out The bottom element shorted out in my electric oven. The circuit breaker did not trip; fortunately I was standing 15 feet away. I momentarily thought I was going to loose the house as the kitchen was bathed in a brilliant white light of an arcing 220 volt short. After shutting off power the situation was safe and contained. I assessed the problem and went to the AppliancePartsPros.com site and ordered a new element for 18.00 dollars. The part was amazingly delivered 18 hours later! I watched the YouTube video of the installation on the APP site prior to the repair. The new element installation took about 10 minutes, now my little nightmare is a distant memory. Thanks APP!
