How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2028082 / WB31X5010 6 Inch Drip Pan

We needed replacement parts to make the warn out, old drip pans and rings look bright, shining and new again as there is nothing wrong with electric range other than ill fitting drip pans and rings. But not any more, it looks bright and updated!! The representative was very patient and knowledgeable about how to find the serial and model numbers as she helped us get the exact parts we needed.
