Amy O Raleigh , NC August 31, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Electric Dryer DX4500EG6WW Stripped knobs which broke inside of control panel shorted start switch After unplugging the dryer, I removed knobs and control panel. I removed the 3 connectors to start switch. I had to cut and replace one connector due to shorted wire which burnt the connector. I attached new connector and then attached these to start switch. I then remounted all three switches to new control panel and reattached control panel to dryer. Plugged in and started right up! Thank you for the helpful video.
