Removal and replacement accomplished with the assistance of a 2 ton engine hoist, (perhaps it was overkill), some mig welding, 6 ft of duct tape, and some vise grips to hold it in place. In retrospect it would have been much easier if I would have simply opened the front door of the dishwasher and removed the old basket, (with my left hand), and placed the new basket in the same position with my right hand. This is a very good tip, please share it with your readers.

Replaced wheels, basket, and gasket

It was an easy repair theoretically. I pulled the old one out and had to push the new one into place. Not a big deal had the previous gone owner not bought an incorrect one and affixed it with silicone. So removing the silicone was the hardest part.

Just lifted old basket out of bottom tray and delicately placed in trash. Opened shipping box and reinstalled new one but with downward motion.
