I pulled the old one out and had to push the new one into place. Not a big deal had the previous gone owner not bought an incorrect one and affixed it with silicone. The silverware basket and upper spray arm were quick replacements with no tools needed. The old lower dishrack rollers required pliers to remove, but no tools were required to install the replacements. The AppliancePartsPros.com repair videos were helpful.
