Paula B Scenery Hill , PA June 22, 2017 Appliance: Model JKS06002WH I needed a new gasket, the broiler element had burned up and the light lens was broken many moons ago I have had this oven for 40+ years. It is an enamel oven, something that you can no longer buy. Because I did not wish to buy new, I decided to service it myself and searched for the parts I needed. AppliancePartsPros.com was the only site to offer all three parts, so many having been discontinued by other providers. I replaced the oven gasket, the broiler element & the lens without any difficulty. I have replaced the bake element previously as well. I am very grateful that I was able to keep my oven, thanks to AppliancePartsPros.com. Michelle S Sylvania , GA December 26, 2014 A broil element went out in our oven My husband removed the old broil element with a nut driver after turning the power off to the unit. He then installed the new part by using a nut driver and screwdriver. He then turned the power back on. Once he did this he turned the broiler on to test the new element and it work perfectly. Fit of part was exactly as expected. Read More... 4 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers, Screwdrivers

Robert M Jacksonville , NC April 29, 2017 No problem just got it to match bake element you know "just in case" ! Really didn't fix it, just have a "spare " now! Did get some great help from the service rep., a model number helps a lot, as they can cross ref. part numbers and oven mod. numbers, ( even a 52 yr. old oven !). Again, as with the bake element, description is a must, screw on, or push on, size, and as much info as you can get, is very helpful. Fixing this is a little more involved, a bracket is involved, but still pretty easy. ALWAYS cut off breaker(S), 240 volts can kill ya !
