Keith H Lebanon , MO September 27, 2014 Microwave oven didn't come with the charcoal filter Ordered the charcoal filter Lowe's told me to order. It was the wrong one and arrived damaged anyway. The AppliancePartsPros person I talked to gave me a credit for the wrong filter and sent me the right filter. It arrived in one day, plus it was almost $30 cheaper than the one Lowe's told me I needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and prices at AppliancePartsPros. Thank you. I found no glue on my GE microwave surface light bulb and the bulb unscrewed easily as you might expect. No problem. John C Griswold , CT April 23, 2024 Door handle of microwave oven broke off I removed one screw from the vent cover on front top of the microwave and removed the cover. This is necessary in order to replace the door. I then lifted the door off of the hinges and then reversed the process. I opted to replace the entire door because it was cheaper than replacing the handle, plus it took less time.
