I am a girl and it was fairly easy to diagnose. I found the codes listed on the paper that’s taped inside the washer. There’s a service mode I was able to enter and that opened up the test mode. Cleaned off the oil or grease that somehow was all over the drive belt. Installed new drive belt. Installed 2 new left (blue) and 2 new right (red) rod and spring assembly. This fixed the out of balance issue during spin cycle.
