Did trouble shoot and found the Water Filter Manifold was not working. Replacement of water filter did not contact the activation valve in the manifold which did not allow the flow of water to the ice maker or water dispenser. Replaced the Manifold and now the system is working fine. Carey S Thornton , CO December 04, 2016 Auger was slipping off drive Reasonably easy, except auger coarse nut was stripped, too, making the removal of the auger from the housing difficult. Make sure to wait until plastic comes up to room temp to avoid cracking plastic. Saved me at least 300.00 by doing it myself. No service calls, no hourly labor. No random people in my house.
