Patti B Pleasant Grove , UT April 30, 2016 The knobs had cracks in them so that i couldn't turn the burners on or off I simply replaced the broken knobs with new ones. One thing I learned is that there is a small black metal band inside the "stem" of each knob. The band had come lose and stayed on the "stem" on the stove so that the new knob didn't seem to fit.
