How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5690210 / WB03T10325 Knob

Looked up part, found your site and ordered a replacement. 

I order range knobs from Appliance Parts. 

Knob replacement pretty strait forward (knob is actually brushed chrome). Snapped a toothpick in half to push Grate Foot all the way down into position. 

Replaced it. 

I simply replaced the broken knobs with new ones. One thing I learned is that there is a small black metal band inside the "stem" of each knob. The band had come lose and stayed on the "stem" on the stove so that the new knob didn't seem to fit. Once I recognized the problem and removed that band then the new knob slipped on easily. Easy fix. 

I ordered what I needed on line. They came in two days and I placed them on the gas stove where the broken ones used to be and the new ones fit like a glove. Super easy to order and super easy to install. 

Talked with Robin from AppliancPartsPros. Gave her the model# & then placed the order. Received the parts in 2 days. 

Ordered knobs from here and they were delivered right away. Works well- exact match. 

The only place I could find the correct knob with a great price. Shipping was fast. Control knob fit just like the original. 

Bought a replacement and it works great !
