Charles J Carrollton , VA April 08, 2017 Appliance: Model JE2160CO2 Microwave inoperative completely including the light Removed microwave from built in enclosure. Removed metal housing from the microwave to access the control system. Used electronic schematic and diagnosis flow chart that came with the microwave to troubleshoot the controls. Found blown fuse, bad primary interlock switch, and bad wiring connector to the switch contacts. Ordered replacement relay, also ordered replacement light since it was several years old. Parts came quickly as promised. Replaced bad fuse, bad switch, bad wiring connector, and light. Used volt-ohm meters to check the remaining control circuit components to try to determine if other damage existed. Found none so reassembled the microwave and tested it. Works great now. Joe M Gilroy , CA February 15, 2015 The microwave light went out I got the unit out of the built in cabinet and removed the bulb. I had never seen anything like it so I went to Home Depot and Lowe's and they were all just as confused as to where to get the replacement. Finally, i came back home and did some research on the web. I found this site and they had exactly what I needed. The bulb was delivered in a couple of days and I popped it in today with some help from my wife and son. It is a pain to pull the microwave unit out of the built in cabinet but everything went smoothly.
