And they are the pros, they had simple step by step instructions about taking the door apart to get the old handle off and how to get the new handle installed. After I ordered the handle it arrived, unbelievably, the VERY NEXT DAY!!! Appliance Parts Pros have set the standard about customer service. I have never got such great service.
