Thomas T Berwyn , IL August 18, 2021 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGB400SEP4SS The buttons on the touchpad were out/broken. This was a really easy fix, remove the back upper panel with 4 small nuts, pull 3 wiring harnesses from the original part, remove 4 small sheet metal screws, remove the part, and reverse the process to reinstall. My range is a GE 5 burner with touch pad controls. Be aware you need both WB27K10355 control board and WB27K10264 overlay. The actual replacement took 15 minutes, but an hour to clean the gunk off the hidden surfaces, YUCK.
