Kara O Cincinnati , OH February 15, 2015 Appliance: Model GE DISHWASHER, STAINLESS STEEL INTERIOR Dishwasher rollers had worn down and some were melted since they fell off into the heating element so the lower shelf door was constantly off its track We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. I only wish I hadn't lived with it in the broken stage as long as I did - such an easy and affordable fix. I ordered the part from Appliance Part Pros and watched the video they provided. The parts came in the day after I ordered them and I changed out the roller studs in less than 10 minutes.
