How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4412605 / WD12X10278 Roller Axle

A very easy repair! I ordered the part from Appliance Part Pros and watched the video they provided. The parts came in the day after I ordered them and I changed out the roller studs in less than 10 minutes. The wheels now roll smoothly and don't fall off! 

Purchased new wheels from you that actually were of a better design than what was on it. 

Replaced them. 

Replaced wheel axle. 

Put new clips in

The flapper valve wasn’t closing completely due to blockage by a small amount of debris. I throughly cleaned the filters, flapper and flapper check valve. Upon testing this had corrected the problem. As this unit is in a location making it difficult to remove, I elected to replace the flapper and flapper check valve with new ones. The excessive repair time was due to the difficulty in accessing the unit and time spent thoroughly cleaning it. Actual time to replace both flapper valves was less than 30 minutes. 

Ordered the new part and took out the broken one and it was repaired. 

I had a difficult time actually finding my model number so, I accidentally ordered the parts for the bottom rack, which I kinda needed anyway too. I did need the stops for the top rack, which I also ordered. I also finally found the model number and ordered the correct new rack, so I will need my stops to keep that from falling off the guides. Your videos are really good. Thank you 

I purchased replacement pins, for axel area to hold the wheels in. Now it works great!
