Blanca R Kyle , TX December 18, 2014 Water leaking from base where the water bottle sits I replaced the collar w/probe where the bottle sits on top of dispenser and the plastic separator inside. My water dispenser was 11 years old. It was so easy to replace. No more leaks. I am very thankful that I didn't go and purchase a new one. My order was correct and I received parts within 2 to 3 days.
