Ge WR2X7491 Riser Cam Shim OEM Part

Went online to youtube for videos. Could not find a video of draw front but figured it out.

I emptied door shelves and used plastic sheet to close off refrigerator. The repair was done with refrigerator running. I removed door and changed riser cam and shim. Then replaced door. It took maybe 45 minutes from start to finish. If I did the job again it would be completed in 30 minutes or less. The videos are informative. Thank You

I have to replace the broken parts mentioned above and I replaced by installing the 3 parts above. I followed the youtube video that was shown with one of your parts on the web site. However, to an inexperience person like myself, I need someone to hold the door steady while I was working to remove and replace the parts above. It is simple enough for anyone to figure out what to do. just take pictures prior to the removal of any parts so it simplifies the installation of the replacement parts.

I ordered the parts, they were shipped the same day, took 2 days to get to me. I then followed the installation shown in the video without any problems. Each hinge took about 20 minutes after having all of the tools assembled. Only slight change from the video is that I had a second person steady the doors as they tried to slip off of my supports while remove and installing the fasteners. The screws them selves had over an inch of threads so it took a while to get them removed, not difficult, just time consuming.

Replaced with new lower door hinge kit. Inadvertently did hot replace lower cam shim, though I likely should have. Online serve videos were invaluable.
