Thomas P Charlotte , NC August 27, 2016 Broken door spring allowed door to drop fast when opened Replaced broken one of two door springs - also replaced small nylon link. If I had realized there were two springs, would have ordered and replaced the second spring as a precaution, but replacing only the broken one solved the problem.
