Srinivas M Linwood , NJ June 17, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Inline Filtration GXCF05D02 While dropping a new bottle in position my colleague misplaced it causing the pin to break This little plastic piece is very fragile. If is the bottle is not dropped vertically in line with the peg, the peg can easily snap. Poor design. You can not buy the peg separately. You have to replace the entire collar. It is easy to replace the collar. Just twist the collar and lift to remove. Place the collar and twist to lock in position. You do not need any tools. Blanca R Kyle , TX December 18, 2014 Water leaking from base where the water bottle sits I replaced the collar w/probe where the bottle sits on top of dispenser and the plastic separator inside. My water dispenser was 11 years old. It was so easy to replace. No more leaks. I am very thankful that I didn't go and purchase a new one. My order was correct and I received parts within 2 to 3 days. I am very please and highly recommend. Glenda M Round Rock , TX March 11, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Inline Filtration GXCF05D02 The spike in the water cooler bell/support broke It was a simple replacement of something that always comes in and out. After years of use, the spike broke and rather than buy a new water cooler looked up the model number. You had it, I bought it. Now for the shipping experience. I bought it in the evening and just went with the regular shipping which I thought was going to take about a week. The next day we received a huge box (we ordered two in case it happened again) and had no idea what on earth it could be (there were no markings on where it came from) and was running through who we knew that might have just sent us something completely out of the blue.. So my husband opens it up, and at this point we're suspicious of it and then we start laughing when we see what it is and marveled at how fast it got to us. So good job with everything.. The bell fit, the price was right, and obviously we're very happy with how fast it was delivered to us. This saved us so much hassle and it would have been a disappointment to get rid of a perfectly running water cooler because of a small, easily replaced part that has nothing to do with the actual function of the machine.
