Description

This thermistor is the dishwasher's temperature sensor. It monitors water/tub temperature so the control can heat correctly, time cycles accurately, and protect components. A failed sensor can cause long cycles, poor drying, or temperature-related error codes. What it does:

Install notes:

• Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing; allow internal parts to cool

• Seat the new sensor fully and reconnect; verify a snug, watertight fit and run a test cycle
