Ge WD19X25461 Dishwasher Drain Pump OEM Part

Tried to fix with a non GE part, didn’t work. Your GE brand pressure sensor worked like a charm

Removed kick plate , slowly took my time to diagnose area where intermittent noise coming from sump area. Could feel when the circulation pump was running it was quiet. When the drain cycle occurred the noise momentarily began. Ordered a drain pump. After removing the old one I discovered a broken tooth pick in the drain impeller area. Replaced the drain pump anyway. All is quiet!!

I had previously removed and cleaned the drain pump and water flow/level sensor. It seems that was a one trick pony. I was able to easily identify and order the parts related to this part of the dishwasher cycle from the site. They arrived when expected, fit perfectly and the dishwasher works again. I also took the time to remove and clean the drain hose and the port on the disposal that it connects to. I also cleaned the inside of the tub and the upper rack rails. The drain pump arrived with the small tab that secures the electrical connection broken off and moving freely inside its box. This did not impact the usability of the part but it might be helpful to wrap the pump in small bubble wrap or similar.

Changed pump and pressure sensor

I purchased the pump and sensor. It was very easy to fix. The only issue I had was the connector for the pump. The wires are very delicate and will pull out of the connector very easily! Do not remove the connector by pulling on the wires. Other than that, once the dishwasher was out, the entire process was complete in less than 15 minutes
