Gary R Cumming , GA April 01, 2017 Thermal fuse on ge microware failed Went to Appliance Pros and found the part for my microwave. Web site was very easy to use. Ordered the thermal fuse and it was delivered in 2 days. Shipping was a a bit expensive, but can't complain with two day delivery. Replaced the failed part and the microwave now works great. It 1 1/2 hours, but I took my time. Needed one helper to remove the top screws. Handy-wife did it without a problem. Bypassed it to check to see if microwave worked it did so I removed bypass and ordered new part and replaced it. It took longer to get the microwave out than to replace the parts. ( you must know how to discharge the magnetron by grounding it out as it has very high voltage and could cause harm or even death).
