Description

This electromechanical timer controls cycle selection and advances the appliance through timed steps to restore normal cycle sequencing and timing. Replaces a worn or non-advancing control so cycles start and complete properly. What it does:

• Rotates to advance the appliance through timed cycles and routes power to motors, valves, and heaters at the correct intervals
• Restores ability to select and complete cycles when a worn timer fails to advance
• Common symptoms: cycles won't advance, no heat or motor power during some cycles, or selector knob turns without changing cycle
• Works as the main mechanical timing control for sequencing components during operation

What's included: One timer assembly. Install notes:

• Disconnect power before beginning work; confirm power is off at the breaker or unplug the appliance
• Remove control panel or console trim to access the timer; keep fasteners and switches organized
• Transfer any actuator knobs or clips as needed and secure the new timer in place
• After installation, restore power and verify the appliance cycles through settings and functions correctly
