Frederick S Cumming , GA October 19, 2019 Appliance: Model GFE28GSKSS GE GFE28GSKSS frig with ice maker in door no ice Ordered valves and new ice maker. Parts arrived a couple of days later so I opened up the ice maker and found the ice bin to be full! Guess the temp adjustment worked. I just kept the parts for when they are needed. For those unaware, access to the ice maker is really simple. There is a latch on the backside of the door. Remove the two small upper shelves, open the latch and pull the access door open. Nice design. (Mine was very balky but a couple of strong tugs and it opened.) Don't know why GE does not disclose this in their owners manual.
