John M Massanutten , VA August 08, 2015 A fin on the plastic auger broke off and needed to be replaced I ordered a replacement auger from AppliancePartsPros.com. Upon receipt of the new auger, I watched the repair video and took the ice crusher apart. I found several other parts that needed to be replaced as well. Once All the parts were received, I again watched the video. The video was not specific enough to show how to reassemble the ice crusher blades and the two types of washers. I found another video on YouTube that walked me through specific details of assembly and everything went back together as it should. My refrigerator is crushing and dispensing ice again. The most difficult part was reassembly of the auger blades and washers.
