Description
This is a genuine breather cover replacement for select outdoor lawn and garden equipment engines. The breather cover, also known as a vent cover, is installed directly onto the vent tube that connects to the carburetor, ensuring that the unit can breathe while it is in use. The vent cover is a sturdy piece, but it is also exposed to a lot of vibrations and could even be affected by impact damage. Replacing it with an original part is going to ensure that your engine can vent correctly. This OEM breather cover is manufactured by Echo. It works with blowers, vacuums, trimmers, edgers, and vent-piped saws from Echo, Little Wonder, and Shindaiwa. The breather cover doesn't require any tools to install. Be sure that gloves are worn whenever doing engine work. Allow the machine to cool completely and work in a well-ventilated area at all times. Make sure that the new vent is installed properly so that the correct engine pressure is maintained and the carburetor can breathe like it should.
