Description

Combustion engines operate because of the chambers that seal in the tiny explosions caused by fuel, air and a spark. The pistons are part of the process of taking power from those explosions, and the piston rings seal the combustion chamber so that all of the gases created remain inside of the engine's crankcase. This replacement piston ring will ensure that a chainsaw's engine can do that, as well as maintaining the right amount of oil between the piston and the cylinder wall. An OEM replacement part, this piston ring works with Craftsman and Husqvarna chainsaws, among others. It will require a wrench set, screwdriver and a pair of pliers to make the replacement. Sold individually.
