This is a slide shoe that is implemented as a part of snowblowers made by Husqvarna. It is used to leave a small film of snow on the ground as a way to protect the sidewalk and the snowblower. The attachments are made to act as a spacer between a driveway and snowblower while using the tool. The slide shoe connects to the housing of the auger and moves on the ground for easier transport. At times, these slide shoes can become damaged or broken and will need to be replaced.If one of the slide shoes is experiencing issues, it will need a replacement. However, it's recommended that both are replaced at the same time to ensure even wear across the different components. A socket can be used to remove the old shoes from the bottom of the snowblower. The shave plate can also be removed. Replace the parts and reassemble them before use.This is an authentic OEM replacement part that is sourced directly from the manufacturer.
