After researching the problem, I ordered a new cooling fan. My "fix-it" guy winds up in the ICU for 3 weeks! So...YouTube here I come. Easy fix, this was an identical match to the fan that was in the oven. The only thing missing was the foam strip, that easily came off the old fan assembly and stuck to the new one.
