This is a large burner bowl replacement that can work with many models of stoves and ranges. Another term for these bowls is drip pan. The purpose of the drip pans is to protect the inner workings of the stove. They catch spills and drips when cooking. The stove shouldn't be used if the drip pans are damaged or missing.The main reason that the burner bowl might need to be replaced is that it has become dirty and can't be easily cleaned. Additionally, there is the chance that the burner bowls could eventually start to rust. This is a simple repair and should take only a few minutes. This bake element sits at the bottom of the oven cavity and generates the heat for Bake mode, restoring steady, reliable baking performance when the original element is worn, cracked, or burned out.

• Supplies the primary heat from the bottom of the oven during Bake
• Helps the oven preheat and maintain the set temperature
• Typical failure symptoms: no heat in Bake, slow preheating, uneven baking, or visible blisters/breaks on the element
• Visual inspection may show hot spots or damage when the element has failed

• Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the range before servicing
• Remove oven racks; take out the element's mounting screws and gently pull the element forward
• Transfer the two wires to the new element terminals one at a time; secure the element to the rear wall
• Keep wires from slipping back into the insulation; restore power and test Bake mode
