Kitchenaid Wall Oven Blower Wheel Or Fan Blade

Kitchenaid Condenser Fan Blade
Genuine Whirlpool part
By: Whirlpool
Part Number: WPW10139483

This condenser fan blade mounts to the fan motor and pulls air across the condenser coil and compressor. Replacing a cracked or warped blade restores airflow so your refrigerator cools efficiently and the compressor runs at a safe temperature.

  • Circulates air through the condenser coil and over the compressor to remove heat
  • Helps maintain cooling performance and stable system pressures
  • Common symptoms: weak or no airflow at the rear/base, rattling or scraping noises, wobble/vibration, visible cracks or missing fins, warmer-than-normal compartments or hot cabinet sides
  • Works with the condenser fan motor and shroud; typically replaced when the hub is stripped or the blade is damaged
What's included: 1 condenser fan blade Installation notes:
  • Disconnect power and pull the refrigerator out; remove the rear access cover near the compressor
  • Note blade orientation and depth on the motor shaft before removal
  • Pull the old blade straight off; press the new blade onto the shaft until fully seated and ensure it spins freely with proper shroud clearance
  • Reinstall the cover, restore power, and verify strong, quiet airflow

  • Helps maintain uniform temperatures for consistent convection baking/roasting
  • Typical failure signs: rattling or scraping noises, visible wobble or damaged fins, weak airflow, or the fan not spinning freely
  • A worn blade can contribute to uneven results in convection mode
What's included: 1 convection fan blade Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and allow the appliance to cool completely before servicing
  • Access the blade behind the interior fan cover or rear panel (varies by model); note blade orientation and any spacers/washers for reassembly

Kitchenaid Blower Wheel (Dryer)
Genuine Whirlpool part
By: Whirlpool
Part Number: WPY707985

This blower wheel mounts on the drive motor and pushes air through the dryer drum and out the exhaust. Replacing a worn wheel restores proper airflow for consistent drying and helps prevent overheating and nuisance shutdowns. What it does:

  • Moves air across the heater, through the drum, and out the vent to remove moisture
  • Helps maintain proper airflow and temperature inside the dryer
  • Common failure symptoms: reduced or no airflow at the exterior vent, longer dry times, unusual scraping/thumping or vibration from the blower area, or overheating/shutoff
  • Cracked fins or a stripped hub can cause the wheel to slip on the motor shaft
What's included:
  • 1 blower wheel
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and turn off gas supply before servicing
  • Access the blower housing per your model's service instructions; remove the retaining hardware and replace the wheel in the same orientation
  • Clean lint from the blower housing and vent path; inspect the motor shaft and blower seal for wear
  • Reassemble and verify the wheel spins freely without rubbing; check airflow at the exterior vent

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Stove downdraft stopped working   Robert B. • Gaithersburg , MD • March 08, 2016

I replaced the downdraft fan and fan motor of my 25 year old JennAire C301 cooktop. The issue was getting the fan/motor assembly out in such a tight place. I had to first remove the fan cover, cut the wires, then the assembly came out. Putting back wasn't as tough although getting the cover back on (over the motor) was a bit of a strain. Wired it back, turned it on, and was thrilled. Now I'll replace the knobs and burners and we're back in business. Read more
