Daniel M Kansas City , MO March 27, 2016 Appliance: LG Washer WM2487HWMA Hole in the dispenser hose I went to your web site found the part using the model number of the washer machine. Also with the part picture, there was a video showing step by step instructions. They were very clear and was breeze replacing the hose.Doing this myself saved at least probably $150-200. Appliance repair shops quoted me around $80.00 just to come out. Then they mark up the price of the hose at least twice the cost of what I paid , They too have to order the part and come back to install. So the labor was what they call a minimum charge of 125.00 and were going to charge another $45.00 to come back out again. Mark M Granbury , TX January 06, 2015 It was leaking water out the bottom Replaced the hot water inlet valve--took maybe 5 minutes. While searching for the leak, I was checking all thru the machine. I found rear drum shock was bad so replaced it too--took about 10 minutes. I found the dispenser hose wasn't clamped correctly and was leaking detergents etc and had corroded the hose clamp, so replaced that also--took maybe 30 minutes as old clamp was corroded and stuck. Ordering my own parts and doing my own labor saved me over $600.00 easily. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Nut Drivers, Pliers, Screwdrivers
