Plastic clip that secures tine rows to the lower dishrack. Replace if broken, cracked, or missing to keep tines stable and dishes properly positioned.
I didn't use any tools. I pulled the lower rack out of dishwasher, studied the clip opposite side of tines (still working), and based upon observation, installed replacement part. Without the new clip the tines wouldn't stay secure to hold dishes in place. My only issue is the online schematic illustration.
