Ronald L Chichester , NH October 25, 2014 Appliance: LG Washer WM3001HPA Hole in gasket between tub and door Ordered a new one from the appliance parts pros which arrived here in NH the next day. I watched the online video from there website only once,and proceeded to repair my LG washer on a friday afternoon. The process was pretty simple,except replacing the two metal bands that hold the gasket tight to the frame. Went through 4 band -aids from hitting my hand on the machine trying to get them conncected. In the end it was all worth it. Ordered a new gasket and in a few hours I was back in business. Frank L Albuquerque , NM February 16, 2025 Appliance: LG Washer WM3001HWA Leaky boot gasket and failed drain pump I took pictures as I disassembled the washing machine. I followed the video provided by AppliancePartsPros. It made the process pretty easy. The pictures and the videos provided excellent references. Remember to reinstall wires to drain pump before remounting the pump. Note the position of the different colored wires on the pump. The only frustrating moments of the reassemby was installing the inner and outer boot clamps. It took a couple of tries. The parts at AppliancePros were competitively priced and authentic LG OEM replacement parts. Be carefull with parts at really low prices on the big online stores. The customer service was excellent. You can call their toll free phone number and talk to a real person for questions. I chose Standard (fast) shipping and received my order in 2 days.
