Part Number: EAU62343001

The Motor, AC Fan is an OEM part for LG ovens. This fan motor is responsible for circulating air within the oven cavity, ensuring even heat distribution for consistent cooking and baking results. It helps maintain the oven’s temperature by moving hot air around, which is especially important for convection ovens.

Over time, the fan motor can wear out or become faulty due to continuous use, exposure to high temperatures, or electrical issues. When the fan motor fails, it can lead to uneven cooking and potential overheating of the oven.

Symptoms of a bad oven motor, AC fan include:

  • Uneven cooking or baking results
  • Unusual noises coming from the oven during operation
  • The oven taking longer to preheat
  • The fan not spinning or running intermittently
  • Error codes related to fan or airflow issues

This OEM LG part is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore models.

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Very noisy convection fan   Daniel P. • Tampa , FL • June 08, 2019

Ordered a new convection fan motor and blade. Had to remove current blade from inside oven, then remove back panels (yes, it took two to get to the fan motor), and replaced the motor. Took about $100 and 2 hours of my time, but the oven convection fan is running silently again. Have not installed the new fan... Read more
