I started the repair by find my stove model number and searching AppliancePartsPros.com for the necessary part. I was fairly certain that it was the Touch Pad after reading several blogs and fix-it sites. I order the part and it arrived the very next day. I un-boxed the part and made sure it was the same as the old Pad, it was. I started by unplugging the stove. I then removed the entire back panel from the stove. I thought I could do it by just removing the top panel but that didn't work. I... Read more
I took back off stove and determined touch pad panel must be bad...unfortunately for me the part was out of stock, took APP a week to get part and as it was 3 weeks before Christmas (delivery took a little longer than normal) took a week. I immediately began installation and it went well, took 20 mins. for all the screws, plugged in and everything worked great. Read more
