How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP6247345 / AJS73149201 Turntable Support

Replaced split ring. 

Just putting it inside the microwave 

Bought a turntable support. 

Ordered a new turntable support … the part was delivered promptly, however, when it came in the mail it was broken. I called immediately and reported the delivery issue and the AppliancePartsPros.com representative helped guide me through the process for getting a new support reordered … it was shipped on the same day and the new support arrived in just a couple of days and it fit perfectly. Ordered the part that was broken. Received the part and noticed it was not what I ordered but it did fit the microwave. Have used it in the microwave a few times and it appears to work with no issues. Presume the part sent is a suitable substitute. 

Replaced the turntable support containing new wheels which literally took about 15 seconds. 

Ordered the part, and it went right in. 

Replaced the turntable support, which had appeared to have flat-spotted the nylon rollers. 

I have used your service in the past, dryer parts, wash machine door boot, seal for refrigerator. You guys do a great job and have on every project and have saved me so much money in that I did not have to buy a new appliance. Keep up the good work. 1,000 gold stars. Mike
