Lawrence P Williamsburg , VA January 10, 2016 Washer leaking I first replaced the drain hose, as this seemed to be a common problem with LG. The washer continued to leak, I then noticed it was leaking from the valve assembly, inlet. It took 10 minutes and now the washer works fine with no evidence of water. Jerry W San Pedro , CA January 31, 2017 Appliance: Model WD 3274RHD Lg washer/dryer water was accumulatiung in the tub while the machine was idle 1. Watched the video on AppliancePartsPros.com. Although not the exact model, the LG model shown was very similar to mine. 2. Consulted with ApplicancePartsPros.com customer service to determine the part numbers for both the hot and cold water inlet valves. 3. Ordered the valves via AppliancePartsPros.com; used standard shipping. 4. Was prepared to wait and turned off the water supply valves, but the parts arrived within 24 hours ...what a surprise! 5. Following the video directions the whole job took about an hour (included moving the machine, disconnecting the hoses, fix, reinstall, etc.). 6. The fix worked! Its day four and the tub is completely dry. I am REALLY impressed with the videos, service, parts and assistance provided by your company. THANK YOU! Jason M Santa Monica , CA January 03, 2020 Appliance: LG Washer WM3488HW/00 Dryer not drying and then water leaking into detergent dispenser. My symptoms started out as my dryer of my washer dryer combo unit not drying properly. The clothes would come out damper after a dry cycle than after a spin cycle. Eventually the cold water inlet valve assmbly completly failed and water under pressure kept getting dispensed into the detergent area. After shutting off the water at the pipes and turning power off. I was able to replace the valves. I removed the top from the unit. disconnected the power and water lines. Removed appropriate hoses and leads and replaced the water inlet valves. My cold water valve was the only one to fail. I however decided to replace both while I had the unit open. Replacing the parts was straight forward and AP Parts Pros description and parts match were accurate. Read More...
